Venice Gold is headquartered in Michigan, which also serves as one of our primary fulfillment hubs. We also utilize Amazon Multi-Channel Fulfillment (MCF) and FBA to ensure fast and reliable delivery.

United States Shipping

  • Shipping rates are calculated at checkout.
  • Free shipping on all U.S. orders over $30.
  • Most U.S. orders ship via USPS First Class Mail and are typically delivered within 3–4 business days after shipment.
  • Delivery times may be slightly extended during peak seasons or holidays.

Canada Shipping

  • Shipping rates are calculated at checkout.
  • Estimated delivery: 10–14 business days after shipment.
  • Canadian orders may be subject to duties and import taxes imposed by the government of Canada. These charges are beyond our control and remain the responsibility of the customer.

United Kingdom Shipping

  • Shipping rates are calculated at checkout.
  • Estimated delivery: 2–4 weeks after shipment, depending on customs and carrier processing.
  • Duties and import taxes may apply and are the responsibility of the customer.

Additional International Countries

International orders may be subject to customs duties, taxes, or fees imposed by local authorities. These charges are not controlled by Venice Gold and remain the responsibility of the customer.

Order Processing Time

We strive to process and ship orders the same business day they are placed. During holidays, high order volume, or special promotions, processing times may be slightly extended. We always work to ship orders as efficiently as possible.

Returns & Refunds

Free Replacements
